A client made purchase a month ago now requesting some kind of refund

Hey guys! Looking for opinion how to handle this client?

her item was delivered over a month ago, she contacted me 2days ago saying the bracelet is cute but cheap and she wants to return, then she send another message from a different account saying the bracelet is not worth $152 mind you the bracelet is stretch beaded bracelet in 14k solid gold 4mm light weight. I replied to her letting her know I have an honest and exact discerption of every single item I sell and that I do not take returns for no reason and no returns after a month, I told her I’m not a department store, I told her the only thing I can do for her is customize a new heavy weight bracelet.

my question is do you guys disregard your shop policies for a client like that? If she had contacted me earlier like when she received it I would have gladly worked something out for her, but after a month I don’t know what to do?
