Anyone interested in this not being a post and run community?

Like the title says. This group has been without a leader since I become a Mom three years ago. Self promotion is pretty rampant. Real discussions seem non existent. Is anyone interested in making this an actual team, or do you believe you are getting sales from senselessly reposting your own items? That sounds hostile, but it isn't. What you want this team to be it will be. Do you like it as is or want more?

Yes!!! Although I do think a lot of our conversation is happening on Reddit and not as much on here. I can't manage to find a team that isn't all about just promo. It's very frustrating because there will be people with items that have thousands and thousands of "favorites" only because they sit and post in these threads day after day.

I would like for a team to be truly a group of people who support one another through feedback and advice. When I'm connected with fellow team members, I am more inclined to shop from them first.

Yes! I think I good Segway into more discussion might be to post an item, and then discuss trends, like why certain items are selling well, etc. for example, instead of just posting "Christmas ideas" with links to shop, include trends for the season as well. That way people get the views they want, and we're able to have a discussion
