If it's a customer threatening you with a bad review you can always contact Etsy and they'll step in to ensure the customer doesn't extort you into doing something. If someone is just being angry with you, I usually try to ameliorate them as best I can, but after one or two exchanges I usually just tell them to bring any further concerns to Etsy and I stop responding to them.
