I am trying to understand this team.  Is it all a scam?  This is first time I have posted although when I first saw the Scam notification I tried to get out of the team.  I don't see anything else in this group.  If I am wrong, please correct me.

which team are you talking about? I am bit confused. I also remember being invited to some sort of group or team but i dont check discussion board at all...and to be honest, I dont even know how to check which groups i am in :( lolll I got to your message here because I received email from etsy....:/ sorry for not being helpful...

Easy Promotion Team.  This page.  I got an invite a couple of weeks ago and I joined.  Then I saw on another forum page (I don't remember which, sorry) to not participate because there was a gentleman who is promoted as being so much help but was really just using this to promote a con if you trusted him to assist you.  I tried to get out of this but I am such a dwebI can't figure out how to cancel.  That's why I finally posted.  I never have before in the forums.  I thought someone could explain what I am a registered member of and how can I get out.

I believe if you look at the posts of SoulFabrication(s), those are the ones I saw in this forum.  I don't want to be Chicken Little, I just want to end my membership.  Does anyone know how?

After getting a mass email yesterday from a member promoting some fellow who sells his help with Etsy shops, I called Etsy this morning.  It is a legitimate team, but no activity.  I asked to be removed and they are going to take me out of the Etsy Promotion Team!  I'm not interested in just having someone try to sell me his services to help me with sales when I don't know the person's track record.
