Changing the layout of your shop isn't nearly as intuitive as it should be with Etsy Plus, IMHO. If you are in your shop manager, and click on the little pencil icon to edit your shop, it will bring up "editing mode." There is a little pencil icon right under your header, where you'll have to click the button to "change layout" in the upper left corner. There is where you can choose the rotating carousel, grid or what have you. To do the updated grid under your header, there is a little pencil to edit that layout as well. Hope that helps!! :)
