Hilly highlands, with plenty of uphill walking. A workout well worth the land’s engaging beauty. An Irish trip of a life time with me and my hubby. With lots of gazing at every shade of green, and sheep, so cute and, oh, so chubby. The sky, often blanketed with clouds, creates a ricochet of dancing light that bounce off hills all around. Sheep literally blanket the grass in all the fields up high or down low. They are everywhere to be seen and always make you laugh or smile. Houses so colourful to add to the cheer, even in the quiet spaces, the peace meets passion here.

Have you ever needed so badly to just get away and slow things down to a calmer pace? When you escape for the holidays, it seems you make more effort to savour the special moments or gather in your surroundings. It looks like this family has found a particularly special moment where they appear to be the only ones around enjoying the villages beautiful night scene. The dog's keeping an eye on that giant snowman, who he swears he saw move. Little brother and sister latch onto each other for support as they struggle so sweetly for their balance. Mom and dad, not much better in the skating department, also hold hands in an expression of their love. A rare dance of the northern lights brings more attention to the big dipper, which constantly competes with that showboat moon. This family looks like they are taking advantage of a beautiful night. They're not concerned with the cold because they know the fireplace is currently toasting their room, and moms going to make some hot chocolate later when they bundle in tight.

Lights on, lights off, but never for too long.
There’s always plenty awake seeking the night’s song.
With the sky’s beauty glowing, even in the night,
by the rising high towers that twinkle from each level in sight.
The bold CN tower towers over all;
standing bright, proud and tall.
The Skydome lit up with the aroma of ball park franks casting a spell.
The Canada flag waves over the night owls with countless stories to tell.
In the middle of it all, peace and quiet are found up ‘top the hill in the beautiful house the owner calls home. Under a beautiful big moon with some dancing stars, sail boats swish and sway, move up and down, and roam all around.
