Just in case anyone else has this problem too. To rearrange your shop, click on "Your Shop" at the top of any page. The drop drop will appear and you click on your shops name. I would click on "TenFifty2". It will load the page where all of your items are. Scroll down and the very last menu item on the left side of the page says "rearrange items".
As far as the forum.. I have no clue. lol!
