Dear Ninja Team,

Captain is speaking...lol!

It has been a while with no update from me, the weather was cloudy and I had hardship to get the plane through the winter clouds.

Now, since the spring has shown its nice face to us, I'd like to ramp up our team activity so we can all benefit from this community making businesses we love.

Who wants to join our leadership team?

I am looking for captains for each social media sites who can manage the discussions.
Also, a manager for SEO, a manager for shop critique , a manager for new shop owners, a manager for treasuries.

You are only required to check the discussion daily perhaps 5-15 minutes per day and suggest the ways we can grow our team.

Hi Etna,
I found you through FB, and was thrilled to find someone in Toronto with an Etsy Team.

I have been holding back opening my store for various reasons, and I'm about to dive in. I am going to go the vintage and possibly destash route first so I have to juggle store name and description etc.

Where I really need help is in the shipping area. I think I've exhausted the research. I am on the Etsy International and have absorbed everything I can from Jackie, she's amazing.

What I have to offer is over 20 years of corporate marketing experience. I have written a few articles in other Teams. I have not explored the Etsy apps or social marketing yet, however, I have researched several ways increase your response rate, thereby take rate. If you are in need of someone to answer marketing questions, I could do that.
