Hi Lisa,

Great to have you in our team.
You have beautiful items in your shop. One think I saw was that you use just a picture for your jewelries. From what I know it is better to use all five. It's better for the clients to have a stronger knowledge of what they buy.

Hi Lisa...I too am new to Etsy and started my shop just over a month ago. I've found the Seller's Handbook that Etsy offer (at the bottom of the page) has links to some great articles that really get you thinking. Worth a look if you haven't yet seen it...good luck. x
