I just opened my shop a few weeks ago and would appreciate any comments, suggestions or criticisms anyone would care to give. I'd really like to build my business and sometimes a different pair of eyes or a fresh perspective can really help!

Hi Lysirra,

I think you are doing exceptionally well. Your images are varied and clear, I do think you need to work on the consistency of the lighting but apart from that I think you are onto a winner. :)

Thanks so much for the comments. In my own opinion, my photography isn't all that great - but I'm working on it! For some reason, it seems to be really hard for me to take a great photo, or at least as good as I would like. But your feedback has done a lot to encourage me! Thanks again for taking the time to write! :-)

Your doing an impeccable job. More lighting could show off your items a bit better. Also if you have the time, put together a photo that you can put at the end of every jewelry piece that shows how you package your beautiful designs. I recently did that with mine if you want to check it out. Also a photo of your workshop on your about page would be nice. Getting the customers really involved with the process brings a deeper connection with customers. I am working on getting a shop photo myself. Overall your shop is beautifully cohesive and your pieces look well handcrafted. I just started 2 months ago so if you have any advice for me I am all ears! Were all in this together as a team and I love how we can make each other better and encourage one anothers vision.

And how about a headshot for your about page. That also shows customers your a real person and they want to support you and your passions when they can see who you are.
