I need help!
I have called etsy multiple times and have been sent to "higher ups"
I made my first sale over 25 days ago but I still don't have a dollar availble for deposit? I have a 600$ total balance but none of it is availble for deposit?
The people on the phone say that it's weird I should have had a deposit by now.. They say they will help me by sending me to higher ups but the "higher ups" seem to be just bots repeatedly saying "funds are available for deposit 14days after a purchase"
It's been well over 14 days I have no funds available but I have a balance!?
Why isn't any of my money being released to me!?!
Please help it's so frustrating that etsy says they will help but no help has been given I don't under stand
