Hi All! Most of my shop is custom wedding or party invitations. I create the design and then customize after purchase for my customers. Right now I have my turn around time as 7 business days to deliver a digital proof and 7 business days after proof corrections for the final file to be delivered.
I've only had one sale and I'm wondering if my turn around time is too long and discouraging buyers. I made the turn around time what it is to allow for busy times, which hasn't happened yet. I'm thinking of lowering my turn around to 4 business days for a proof and 3 days after proof corrections for the final.
Just wondering what you all think. If you do printable invitations how fast do you turn around the files? If you do printed invitations what is your turn around for that?
