Saved in 300dpi, customer claims is 72dpi

I designed a set of graphics in Illustrator, in high resolution, saved them in Photoshop at 300dpi as.png's. A customer purchased this design, and sent a convo stating that they were in 72 dpi. Is this possible?? I've sold several sets of the same design, and have not heard this from anyone. I checked the graphics, and they are at 300dpi. Has anyone encountered this before??

I've never had the problem. However there is one reasonable solution to protect you from her getting over on you, just resend to her personally. If she's asking for a refund, then I would watch her shop to see if she uses the set that she claims is 72dpi.

Thank You Krystal!!

I re-saved the graphics directly from the original designed Illustrator files as high res .png's, then did another re-save in Photoshop as 300dpi .png's and sent both sets. Just does not make sense to me? The original set was saved at 300dpi. This is truly a strange situation.
