Buyer wants to keep items and partial refund?

I have a Buyer that wants to keep items she says she does not want and she wants me to send her 35% back to her from what she paid "Crazy"
This is partly my fault I should have known when she wanted a big discount to begin with has no feedback and complained about shipping price to Switzerland, I charged her exact shipping Priority international is the least expensive and I charge No handling fees, Anyways I gave her 15% off of entire order that was seven items she saved around $80, O.k I think I may be getting scammed? She will not send items back unless I pay full shipping she also says she is taking this to paypal dispute and we all know the buyer normally wins! And even if I did win they take that money right out of my account until dispute is over.

Sorry this is getting long lol!
What should I do
Oh the reason she does not want these three items, She says the stones are cracked and to small?
I have super good pics of all my items and I was holding the bracelet in my hand so she could size Also the only ruff stones were Stated natural rough black pebble stones! Those stones are not perfect but you can see everything in pics :-)

Now lets see if anyone dares to take the time to read this mess! lol!

I guess I'm going to close this topic now. It's searchable publicly, and if the issue proceeds negatively, the private information will be revealed.

I realize situations like this are sticky ones, and we do really feel like we need to ask for help from our fellow Etsians. There's been some good advice in this thread, and I don;t know if the same level of help would be received if Etsy was emailed.

I think teams are the place where some issues can be discussed in privacy, seen only by team members, and not searchable. But that's only if the thread is initially set to "PRIVATE" and this one is set "PUBLIC". Unfortunately, I can't set it private after the fact.

Thanks to those who brought this to my attention. I'm going to make an informational post about discussing transactions that might help in hte future.
