One of the most important things you can do as a seller on Etsy is to have amazing. bright pictures. I told everyone else here to go sign up at www.FotoFuze.com it is a free photo editing website that will give your pictures those bright perfect white backgrounds you see everywhere on here. Just be sure to take your original photo with a white back ground ( white sheet or something) It will make your pics look professional and pictures are what really sell.

Hi and welcome! OK, let's get down to business. If you would like traffic to your store it help IMMENSELY if you go through and favor other sellers items, most times they will return the favor, and that helps direct traffic. Create a treasury, that will help get the word out ( etsy.com/treasury) Work on your key words. A helpful hint is to write descriptive phrases like; big white fluffy sweater, instead of big,white, fluffy, sweater. And to also use the drop down search bar to show you what keywords others a looking for.
And just have fun! It's fine that you don't have many items in your shop, I don't either. Just try to add as frequently as possible, and eventually you'll have a multi page shop! The more items you have listed the more traffic you generate also.
Just get to work on those keywords, network, favor other sellers items, and join teams. Oh, and post frequently. Those are SURE ways to increase traffic :)
