What pretty little girl's dresses! Just a few things...
You want to pull back on your shots some so that the top of the dress also shows up in the initial thumbnail. I thought at first that you were selling aprons when I clicked on your shop! Also, try a white sheet for a background and see how that looks.
Use all 13 tags. Tags are one of the big ways that you get found in Etsy, so you might as well use all the opportunities Etsy is giving you. "girls dress" "childrens dress" "easter dress" "toddler dress" "childrens sundress", etc.
Put more detail in your listings. You mention that the fabric is prewashed in some listings but not others, same with that you do custom work. Are these lined? If so, you should say so. You might also put measurements in there. I realize that you are giving sizes, but I would also put in the measurments.
My understanding is that the first 3 words in a title are the most critical, so use them wisely. Make sure that those first 3 words identify what it is that you're selling, and put the adjectives afterwards.
Make sure that the phrases in your title are repeated in your description and used again in your tags. All of that should help with your relevency and SEO.
