Here's a little photo collage of the 4 different projects we'll be doing at Tulsa's Craft Party: http://flic.kr/p/cRCD3b

1) Redbud branches, because the redbud is our state tree.
2) Shrink plastic Oklahoma charms (we'll be using Oklahoma cookie cutters to trace the shape, then decorating them and shrinking them down).
3) Dream catchers, a classic Native American craft.
4) Vintage map marble magnets- this one would be great for other locations as well if any of you are looking for ideas. It's easy, quick, and inexpensive. Plus it utilizes old maps that people may not need anymore in the age of GPS.

Thanks, Julie! I'm glad you like them. The community seems to be pretty pumped about it, so that's exciting! Everyone wants to try the dream catcher, which I love because you can buy them at pretty much any truck stop around here, but people are wanting to learn how to make their own.
