How do I use the ETSY credits?

Hi all!
I am not sure if any of you have used the ETSY credits but I tried using some of it for a purchase yesterday. I indicated 'others' under the mode of payment and checked out. However, there is no option for me to choose credits under payment after that.

How do I go about and redeem the credits under 'checkout'?

Hi Salinah,

I think you might need to redeem your credit still. Here's how you do it:

TO REDEEM CREDITS:
Go into the email you received from "Etsy Gift Cards" and click on the "Redeem Now" button. A window will open in Etsy and ask you "Do you want to add this credit to your account now?" Select "Apply Now" and you will now have your credit. The monetary value will appear in green (with a little gift card icon after it) in your Etsy tool bar to the right of "Gift Cards."

TO USE CREDITS:
Once you have your items in your cart, there will be an option under "How You'll Pay" that says "Apply Etsy Gift Card Balance." Ta-da!
