205 sales here in 5 months and now I'm launching my own website and blog TOMORROW.

I've been scrubbing my Etsy shop in preparation for the big launch, but was hoping for some additional critique?

I'm mostly interested in knowing:
-does my shop have a cohesive look?
-how are my photos looking?
-are my item descriptions appealing?
-am I missing pertinent information you'd like to see in the item descriptions?
-do my policies read professional?
-am I missing any glaringly obvious info in my About section?

And of course, any other suggestions or insight is welcome!

Hi Gena,

Lovely site! The only thing I would recommend is to get better pictures for your products. Helene Dujardin from tarteletteblog.com has a book out about great food photography and styling tips. Other than that, everything is great.

Love that you are offering gluten free brownies Paleo Chocolate Cookie sand but unfortunately I cannot eat nuts.

I think you site is looks great, I am only a novice at this, but I think you photos give a good representation of what you are selling and they are clear. I can understand what Ali is saying and its about styling, but then that is an art in itself.

Thanks for the suggestions Ali and Cheeky Rose! I fully agree that I need to get some better photos - hopefully I'll get enough profits soon to purchase a better camera; still using the point-and-shoot I've had since 2008!
