does anyone know how to add a top navigation bar on blogger?

I read the tutorial on the navigation bar from Laurrenn on the team blog and still have a question. How and where do I insert the URL's that I want to show up when navigating the navigation bar? :)

I too have been unable to figure this out, and have not tried recently...sigh, hopefully someone helpful will come a long :)

Are you talking about the standard blue blogger bar across the top, or a custom bar that says stuff like "about me" link1, link2, link3 Ect.? I can help either way, just want to make sure I understand the questions.
