Why does blogger reformat my posts?

Ok. This is happening a bit more lately. A lot of times, blogger reformats my posts by adding extra spaces between paragraphs or changing the size of my font. It makes my posts look messy and disorganized. Anyone have any suggestions?

A lot of times, I work on my Mac at home (in Safari) but I publish my posts real quick when i get to work (on a PC, Internet Explorer) because scheduling my posts make me nervous.

I even tried working in the HTML section but it still seems to be messing with my posts.

If you look at today's post (http://lachapstickfanatique.blogspot.com/2011/04/francophile-friday-fridays-fancies.html) there are extra spaces between paragraphs and the last paragraph is bigger than the others (even though I had the font size as normal for all paragraphs).

A few days ago, I post this (http://lachapstickfanatique.blogspot.com/2011/03/monday-giveaway-foto-macro.html) and the font came out a lot bigger than normal. Even though I always use the "normal" font.

I don't know... I have found sometimes it has to do with captioning a photo. It will pick up the next paragraph within the photo caption if I'm not paying attention. Also, if you cut and paste something from somewhere else, it will mess up the font size. Do you PREVIEW before you publish? I'm often amazed at what it looks like, and have to go back and tweak things to get it how I want it to look...

Yes. The preview is normally fine. I just don't get it and it is really frustrating!!

So it really must be an issue with IE because I downloaded Google Chrome to my work computer and tried to edit it again and it worked. So weird!

Use the "Clear Formatting" button at the top right of compose mode. Highlight the problem text then click that.

I've had that happen when I use a larger font then switch back. There will be a code in the HTML that has a larger font.
