EBT has gotten to the size that we now need additional Team Leaders ~ that's a good thing.
What does it mean to be a team leader? Providing helpful and insightful posts for the team - beyond "follow me". Keeping threads alive and those particularly relevant near the top. Check the Team Leader Team daily for brainstorming. Help with creative ideas for the team. Write articles or how-to's for publication on our EBT.com site. Help selecting the blogger of the week. And just about anything above that is fair game!
