I'm curious if anyone uses Google AdSense and is happy with the results. I'm contemplating adding it to my blog as a way of supplementing my shop. I would want to be very selective about the ads and their placement, as I can't stand blogs that have tons of ads. Too many ads often create clutter and make it difficult to read the actual content. I've heard that it only pays out if you meet a certain click quota. My blog is still very new and doesn't have many followers at all so I'm wondering if it would even be worth the while.
I would like to hear about others thoughts and experiences with Google AdSense.
I tried it but once I got to the quota, they cancelled my account because they thought my blog has "the potential to produce junk traffic." I appealed and asked why they thought that, and they denied my appeal but gave no explanation.
i used it for several months and literally earned like barely $2. i think the best way to earn money on your blog is to build up a good size audience and start selling sponsorship spots. that's what i am planning to do when i hit 500 followers!
