How to create moodboards and treasuries on blog?

Hello, I would love to feature etsy sellers on my blog by making mood boards and featuring etsy treasuries. Do you have any tips on which programs / gadgets to use? What do you use your self and what works best for you on your blog? I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you!
