Step one:

On Saturdays come and share your new creations on the inlinkz for free exposure (click "add your link"):

Use a direct link to an item for the "link" (not the image) and your shop name or item name for the "name;" on step two you'll be shown available thumbnail choices to pick for the image.

Step two:

Come back on Sundays to cast your vote (one vote per IP) and tell others to vote your item or your favorite.

Prizes/Exposure:

EVERYONE has potential exposure from sharing your item. The list never leaves and anyone who stops by might end up on your item.

The winner (most votes) wins ad space on both blogs plus a solo post on BHG.
The winner +my 3 favs get a post on Aulani Photo.
The top 16 items off Etsy (by votes) is placed into a treasury and that is promoted some as well.

If you are reading this and dont see thumbnails you can click "direct image url" on step 2 and add your image link straight from Etsy.

to get a image link, click on the picture in your listing so that it shows the full image and copy the link you see. Example:
