Google Friend Connect - SHUTTING DOWN?!

So, everyone is buzzing abt the fact that THIS coming monday, Google Friend Connect is closing down. Wondering if any of you will jump ship to Word Press? Truthfully, GFC was the only thing keeping me tied down to Blogger. Thoughts? What are your plans after the switch?

I was under the impression that Google+ was just going to absorb the functionality and that existing lists would stay intact. It may be time to go the wordpress route, as we are getting ready to drastically change the J.Crabbit blog.
