Do you link your posts to listings?

Hi bloggers,
I was wondering if you think liking your blog posts to a listing is a good idea or a bad one?
I do write about inspiration stories of my jewelry in my blog and put the link to a listing if people want to read more about it. Do you see any reason that it might repel any customers?

Thank you!

Re: Do you link your posts to listings?

I do it all the time and I don't see any issue with it. The blog, the shop, they're all me :)

Here's a good example. In this recipe I link to tomatoes and fennel in my shop: http://www.cubitsorganics.com/search/label/asparagus

And I do it the other way too. this listing for dill links to my dill pickle recipe on the blog:

Yes I have been featuring team members in my posts. I haven't figured out how to hyperlink the photos so I just put their store link at the bottom.

All the time, my work, other people's - even if I just want a cute picture to go with the post and an estian sells something cute and appropriate, because I figure everyone wants more exposure.
