I received an email today from a company called nRelate (
http://nrelate.com/), and I was wondering if anyone uses it instead of LinkWithin? If so, what do you think?
Here is the email I received:
Hi,
I noticed you are running Linkwithin on your site and many publishers do not know that on each click, Linkwithin first sends readers through their own site and then back to your site, which negatively affects your SEO, making your site more difficult for readers to find on Google (article on this below). You can see in action by clicking through a couple of links within the Linkwithin widget and then looking into your history. You will see that you were taken outside your site between each click, disturbing internal traffic and hurting SEO.
I wanted to get in touch because I believe we offer a better (also free) solution. Our company, nRelate sends visitors directly from one post to another and so visitors never leave your site.
Our service is currently used by 35,000+ publishers and each of them can choose from one of our many default thumbnail designs, or design their own with custom CSS. I have attached a copy of our thumbnail gallery for you to see some of our designs (we would never require you to display our logo).
Unlike Linkwithin, we provide free and timely tech & customer support and are readily available via email, phone, and Twitter. You can use the links below to learn more or go ahead and give us a try. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns so that we can discuss how nRelate can help your site. I look forward to hearing from you and have a great day.
