Wordpress shows that in the Stats section, does your blog have a stats section you could look at?

Yes, it has a stats section, but it only shows where traffic is coming from, not the user's name.

In Wordpress it has where the traffic is coming from but then there is a list of those people who have signed up by email...a list of followers. Has their email and their screen name.

Take a second look through your stats section if this is what you are looking for. I don't know of anything that would show who your random visitors are.

@AllUnwound - if you are using a wordpress.com blog it does show all your email subscriptions however, Bloglovin is not a local client on your blog. It's a feed type blog reader and I'm guessing that's why you can't see specifically who is following you.
