Project Wonderful is an advertising broker with a unique "Infinite Auction" system. The advertiser that is willing to pay the most for a spot at that exact moment gets it, and only pays for the time to the nearest second that the ad remains in view before another advertiser outbids the first. The unique ad bidding system rules out impression and click fraud that is prevalent with so many other online advertising brokers, as the bidder can weigh results and cancel at any time. Plus, it allows each publishing site to set $0 minimum bids if they wish - which means you can even get free advertising!
It's also a great way to start monetizing your blog because they don't require high traffic. PW just asks that its publishers have at least 30 posts with quality content. Obviously the more traffic you get, the more advertisers will be willing to bid - but you can start out with low traffic like I did (less than 15 visits a day) and just use the few pennies you make at first to advertise your own blog and get more traffic. I'm 16 months in and have just reached my first $100.
AND PW just introduced an affiliate program, so if someone wants to advertise on your blog and they sign up as a new member through your link - you'll earn 3% of whatever they spend to use on advertising your own site. Here's my referral link ~
