Hello! I hope I am posting this in the right place...
I have an embroidery machine, but currently do not have embroidery software. I am looking for someone who can create custom applique phrases in pes files for a 4x4 hoop size. The words I need are : "Scotty is a Hottie" and "I <3 Scotty" (don't laugh, it's a gift for a friend) I am not looking to spend more than $10-$15 if possible. Thank you!!
