January Meet Up

When would be the best time for a January meet up? Does anybody have a suggested meeting place?

I'm pretty wide open - only out of town from January 22-25th.

But I'm curious - where does everyone live? If the bulk of us live in one section of the city, it might make sense to gravitate there. Otherwise, it might be a good idea to rotate areas - so everyone isn't always driving to the same locations.

I'm in East Roswell. How about you guys?

Hi! January is a busy busy month or us with the trade show from Jan 12-19th. We'll be busy with prep and then busy afterwards filling orders. I'll miss out this time, but I'm looking forward to the next one!

BTW - I live in West Midtown, maybe 10mins from the Holiday meetup!

I live in Marietta now, but Midtown/GA Tech area is also pretty convenient for me. Just to throw out a few dates. how about either the 20th or the 27th? After we pick a date and know who will be able to make it we can try to pick a spot to meet that will be more convenient for those planning to attend maybe.

I'll be out of town for the day job on the 20th, but back for the 27th. The great news (for me) is that I can make day meetings on Wednesdays, since it is my work from home day and I can just take a long lunch (or a long break if its not really at lunch time). I live in Smyrna, by the way.

I hope to be able to make another Atlanta Etsy sellers meet up, for sure, as the one in December was very inspirational.

Looks like the 27th might work better for most? Maybe around Perimeter area would work? Just thinking, we have Roswell, Grant Park, Smyrna, Marietta and Duluth..

I'm in Reynoldstown. Weekdays mid-day won't work for me but evenings do. :) I understand if most follks have to do it mid-day though.

I can't meet until 12:30 or later (my child care arrives at noon for now) - but if you guys want to do, say, 11 then I can just come late! What's everyone's day looking like?

I know there's a coffee shop called Crema Espresso that usually always has tables. But it's a teensy ways away from Perimeter. It's at 2458 Mt Vernon Rd, Dunwoody, GA 30338. Or there's a Starbucks right across from Periemeter near Ravinia apartments.

11:30 or noon works for me. Crema Espresso looks nice. I would much rather support them than Starbucks.

Gretchen, I would too! But I know it's not RIGHT off the interstate, so I wasn't sure what people would think.

How about we say Crema Espresso as the location. And then I'll let y'all choose the time. Like I said, I'll be late but I can just join the meeting already in progress :)

Location works for me. I kept my morning open until 1 pm, so I can be there at 11:30 or noon as well. If it works best to meet later, I'll be there for as much as I can.

Sorry to be kind of opposite you, Amy. Hopefully I can still see you!

I'll arrive at 11:30 am and can stay until 1 pm. I see that they have wifi on offer, so if I'm early or if the meetup falls through, I'll still be able to get some caffeinated work done.
