This team seems to have a fairly low percentage of active members, so I'm initiating a new rule at the start of the new year.
Every month there will be roll calls that will last a week. Answering it will be a simple matter of responding to that month's particular roll call thread. A simple "Yes Miss" will suffice :D
Feel free to add your blog link to your response, but if you miss two roll calls you will be removed from the team. Everyone will have a week to respond to the roll call that will be posted on the 1st of each month (if you are going to be away during that time then send me a note and I'll add your roll call myself), and those who fail to respond to two (which means that if you are unexpectedly hospitalised for one roll call then you should be able to make the next, unless it's serious. If it's serious and for some reason you still wish to remain in the team, send me a convo to explain and I'll gladly add you back in if I've booted you under assumption).
