The threads I love the most are the ones where I can choose favorites of others. Pick a favorite item from above, create treasuies from those that want them (16T's challenges), favorite shop I've seen. I would love to see more threads like these, but am not clever enough to think of them. Maybe favorite themed item you've seen like green or owl?

This is one of my favorite teams because it has a different vibe and is always comfortable.

I am a member of a couple of teams that have FB groups (as opposed to pages). I find that the intereaction on them is much more personal and in depth and I have really got to know people and make some friends. They are also a great place to promote your items and get likes and favorites, although it seems to be a good idea to have some promoting rules as otherwise the pages can fill up with hit and run self promoters.

So, that is something I would like to be part of, but only if enough people felt it would be worth while and that enough were interested in participating.

I'm a fan of the favorite games too, and treasury games. Both games that include only team members, and games that include non-team members as well. I think those are great (team member and non team member treasury games) because you help out team members but also increase team exposure to non team members who might like to join. Sometimes I feel that 100% team treasury games (while awesome and I love them) don't promote as much as they could because the same groups of people are seeing your treasuries/items each time. Also it's more challenging to have to search around a little more to find non team members' items you'd like to include in treasuries.

What about a T game where you have to include the five people above you on the sign up list? If you are 1-5 then you include everyone above you + the appropriate amount below you to until you reach 5?
ex:

A: includes b,c,d,e,f
B: includes a, c, d, e, f
C: a, b, d, e, f
D: a, b, c, e, f

ETC...

So 5 Teammates + 11 non team mates...
The obvious dilemma here is equal distribution of exposure for the last few people...I would vow to be the last one in to make sure everyone was included!

--I like all the thread comments and agree that cross-Treasuries are better in terms of reaching a larger audience. Blitzes seem to be effective, too!

When Team projects get too complicated i can't participate, need to save that creative energy for the Studio.
