Another great site for engravers is Sawmill Creek. There's several woodworking forums, turners, CNC group, etc. But there's also a forum just for engraving and it's full of people who do it for a living. (and a few hobbyists like me) But these folks are knowledgeable.. and kind and sharing. Great place to ask for advice or tips, resources etc. And it's very active!
