Wow-that's gorgeous. I love Cormac McCarthy and The Road left me with haunting images. Yours are quite the opposite-great interpretations but without the more upsetting images from the book

Yeah I wanted to focus on the escapism, dream-like imagery that comes up throughout. Would be interesting to look at the opposite though and compare the distressing, real imagery with this.
