Hi - I’m hoping this will be a help to all.... I spent most if last night acting like a customer searching for items like what I have listed in my shop. First - a qualifier... my husbands items get more finds then my jewelry does and I never could understand why,
well - in searching, it took 30 minutes to an hour to find one of my pieces of jewelry... not because the product wasn’t good, but because of shop classifications and tags. I haven’t been thinking like a customer. Once I could see the difference between the items found and those not coming up, I tweaked the tags, the descriptions, the titles and shop categories. I’m hoping to see a difference going forward and thought this might be a good exercise for others to try.
