In 6 years I have not had 1 customer that I could really complain about. Some are harder to deal with than others, mainly because they want to know everything about a $3.00 order in 5 or 6 convoes but I just chalk it up to they are not knowledgeable about that particular product.
I try to give good customer service regardless.

I opened my store a week and a half ago.... Looking forward to my first one!! :-)

We have had wonderful feedback with our customers and often they share personal stories related to why they are choosing to purchase a particular toys etc.
