PDF editing problem

Hello,
I have a question about how you deal with customers that have a problem editing their pdf files. i sell only digital designs that can be personalized / change the text of an invitation or stationary / but buyers can not solve the problem with the edit button in Acrobat Reader.
Any ideas how can I solve that?
