Sell more without paying anything?

I just wanted to ask you, if it's necessary to pay every time to get the attention that someone goes to your profile. do you know another way to get the "attention" without paying so much for advertisement?

Hi I agree with you I spend so much on Etsy ads and if I don’t I don’t get much attention that I need.  Sometimes it’s $50 a month!!  How are you doing with your sales?

I would love to learn how to get more traffic without having to spend so much extra. Other than being consistently active on social media I'm at a lose.
