Its the First Week of May! Any spring where you are?

Well, its the 2nd day of May today and it feels more like Fall than Spring.
How about the rest of you?

Anyone got their gardens in yet?

I broke down and bought some plants, but its still way too wet to plant them.

Wednesday we're going to CasinoRama. The weather shldn't bother us there! lol :)

Had a great time at the Casino. DH lost some and I won some so we came out about even. Gee, they're going to have some really good entertainers coming up there this summer. Kenny Rogers is coming at the end of July. I'd like to go see him.

Stompin Tom is coming for Canada Dey weekend. Anyone here ever seen him perform?

Might be a nice idea to go to one of the shows and stay over at the Hotel there. It looks really nice.

Anyone else ever gone to a Casino?

Yipeeee! Day 3 with no rain! (so far, that is)

DH did the first mowing of our lawn yesterday. Boy, was the grass thick!

Once they get finished building our wrap around deck, I'll be out getting some new planters and filling them up.

I love this time of year, don't you?
