Our Red and white team challenge was great. We had a lot of great Christmas dolls and a few non-Christmas dolls as well. Christmas always steals the spotlight as far as special days go for the month of December. So our team challenge for December is to make a doll representing a neglected holiday or special day in December. The big obvious choices are Hanukah or Kwanzaa. However I researched a few other days. December is also National tie month. There is a national day for everything! December also contains the day of the horse, ninja day, cotton candy day, Mutt day, pretend to be a time traveler day, poinsetta day, monkey day, and faux fur day. ( I didn't make them up, I found them on-line! Of course that still could mean someone else made them up :) don't forget New Years eve is still December too! Pick any of the above special days, or any other special day in December that you can think of. Be sure to tell us what special day or celebration your doll represents.
To participate in this challenge, just post a link to your finished doll in this discussion thread by December 31st. All dolls entered will be featured on our team treasury and our facebook page.
