I am trying to find someone to make me a custom Basaak doll (in case you're not familiar with Basaak, Basaak is a Blythe clone that looks just like Blythe with some minor differences, but has a slightly cheaper construction and is always cheaper - to the tune of $25/doll on Ebay). The construction with the color changing eyes, removable scalp, etc. with Blythe and Basaak is basically the same. They are the same size.
I am looking for someone to make me a custom Basaak doll, but cannot find any sellers of Basaak on Etsy, so I am compelled to approach you and ask if maybe someone here could do it? I have asked several blythe doll makers on Etsy personally through private messages, but either they won't respond or they don't want to work with Basaak. The following are the customizations I would want:
- Custom skin color (sort of a medium lilac skin color)
- Rerooted hair
- Custom (hand painted) eye chips
- Custom piercings (3 evenly spaced piercings on the bottom lip of the doll; perhaps made using a cheap silver craft wire?)
- Lips painted black
- Lastly, a simple black dress made for the doll
I do not require any sanding/carving.
Since the doll itself only costs about $25, I am looking to have this done for about $99 total. If that is doable and you want to take part in this project, please let me know; I won't need the doll until about February fifteenth. Thank you.
