When I was getting ready to put my shop on vacation I was clicking on stuff and looking around and somehow I disabled the rearrange your shop.
Your Shop, Info & Appearance, then Options on Left hand side of screen.
Then Under Rearrange your Shop I clicked on: Disabled Your shop's visitors will see the 'Most Recently Listed' sort option by default. This caused the Rearrange your Shop button to disappear. I thought I switched it back but then I forgot to click "Save". Live and learn experience. Had to contact Etsy to figure out what I had done. Silly me.
