Mines took 4 days, If its been a week I would double check that you entered the Routing #, and Account # correctly-that could be causing the delay.
In the meantime you still need to ship your items, really as soon as they are ready and mark them shipped after doing so, this way they will show under "completed" orders and you can begin your 3 day waiting period from shipping for funds to be available.
Since your account isn't verified yet, I would suggest you turn of DC as an option temporarily until your 100% set up-just so you dont have money sitting there that you cant transfer.
