deactivating direcy check out

I was wondering if its possible yo deactivate direct check out and if I do, would all sales I made previous would still go to my bank account?

I have the same question. Not that I am planning to leave but If I want to turn it off how does that work?

I know that I am not working with Etsy's end vision on what DC would be. If I can't navigate the work in progress, what happens if I turn DC off, and later, on again if things have improved?

Would I go through the same process as I did when I first activated it?

You can turn off direct check and turn it back on whenever you want to.

Go to your Shop Settings, Shipping & Payment, then the Payment Methods tab. Just uncheck Drect Checkout. All DC sales you've made will be credited to your bank account.

You don't start the process over again; monies will still be deposited. I turn mine on and off all the time, usually to build up money for shipping.
