i'm new to direct checkout. Have 2 orders and can't seem to print the labels. I'm on a Mac, have tried Safari and Foxfire. Neither seems to work.
I press Download and nothing happens.
What should the download look like, what does it say. Where does it go. I would drag it into Preview, if I could find it.
Please help.
I've already gotten an email that says I've printed the label, but I haven't.
