billing address has changed in my checking acc and I have a deposit schedule for monday

Hi. Sorry to bother with this.

I had my first sale with DC 2 days ago, my deposit is schedule for monday. Here is the thing... I moved from AZ to TX and when I activate the DC i did in july, then I deactivated in august, I just activated again and I had my first sale. Do I have to update the same account number but only changing the billing address and it will take again the 10 days hold or what do I do, because I want to use the same acc for my deposits.

I think you just need to update your billing info which shouldn't affect DC at all. Go to Your Shop and then on the left under Bill click Billing Info. That is the spot to update your address. Then for Shop Local, you may want to go to your public profile and update with your new city and state.

Yes i did that one but that acc is for another debit card i used when i signed up at the beginning for DC i have another checking acc but i looked up already in every tab and i can not changed my billing address for that one unless i go to the shop payment acc and click in update. But i do not know if d doing this will take another 10 days hold again to verified the same acc number. What should i do then?

Hi Vianey,

Please rest assured, changing the billing address on your credit card in your account will not impose a new 10 day hold. You can update your credit card on file by clicking on Your Shop > Billing Info.
