Where do the refunded amounts show ?

Feeling a bit frazzled here....sigh.

So catching up on some bookeeping and was looking for the shipping refunds we have processed through direct checkout and are not seeing them.

I am positive that I have refunded shipping a couple of times and I am showing anything in red. Would this be on the individual transaction or does it show up in the list of transactions.

in mine it showed on the list of transactions - I'd have to dig to see if it's on the invoice too. But I had to scroll back to the date that I refunded.

No red showing in our list and I'm about to go through one last time with a fine tooth comb in individual listings. Not a happy camper right now. ( Although I think camping is the perfect antidote about now, shut down, turn off and tune in :)

Mine shows in my list of transactions on my shop payment account.

Just checked, my refunds show in bright red :)

I'm not showing any red in my list either.

on the shop payment account page, look under completed orders. refunds to customers will show in red, the amount refunded to the customer and the fee refunded.

if you go to the order receipt page, it will show the amount refunded (in green) and also the explanation you gave for why you were doing the refund.

Serena -- I've done DC refunds/canceled transactions.
I'm trying to figure this out, but I'm not seeing it...

Shop Payment Account page:
I find no red under the completed orders
I do find GREEN for "listing credit" and "transaction credit"

Order Receipt Page > Canceled orders tab
There are several but only one is DC
They all say "this order has been canceled"

If I go to the individual receipt of any of them, it says
"Order ###### on (date)
This order was cancelled on (date) .
Receipts for cancelled orders are not available.

There's no AMOUNT or an EXPLANATION, both of which would be very helpful.

Am I not understanding where I should look?
