Transfer DC money to Paypal

It isn't possible to transfer money from DC to paypal acct, right? Not even to a paypal debit card?

Paypal isn't a bank, so I don't think so. Besides, paypal charges you a fee when money enters your paypal account, so you would pay twice.

You are not charged for transferring money into your paypal account but you can't put it directly from Etsy into paypal. You would have to put it in your account and then transfer it into paypal problem with that is it ties your money up for almost 2 weeks.

In the past I have transfered money into paypal from our checking account, can't remember how long it took though.
